Ty Jordan-Griffin was born and raised in Arizona. Ty graduated from Gateway Community College in Physical Therapy Assisting, and worked at Desert View Physical Therapy, Valley Lutheran Hospital and Mesa Lutheran Hospital for seven years. During this time she worked with individuals with disabilities from stokes, accidents and diseases. Ty is also a mother of identical twin girls and has been married 12 years.

Ty decided to start this business after having her twins. She found that daily errands and simple tasks were very difficult with two babies and a husband working 50-60 hours weekly. She began to understand the need for a helping hand just for the things she couldn't get to. After being a help to friends and family with their needs; waiting for the telephone company, plumber and or picking up dry cleaning. Ty decided there was a definate need for errand services.
